Exchange Management Console fails to Launch

You get the following error message.
‘The following error occurred when searching for On-Premises Exchange server:[myservername.local] Processing data from remote server failed with the following error message: The user “domain\username” isn’t assigned to any management roles. For more…. It was running “Discover-ExchangeServer – USeWIA $true -SupressError $true’
Now the reason this would happen, is if you are not a member of “Organization Management”, and this happens mainly if you were not the person that did the Exchange 2010 install. ie. Exchange 2010 was installed with a different userid.
All you have to do is add the proper userid’s to the “Organization Management” Group and you will be good to go.
