There is currently no third party exchange aware backup software, but using Windows Server Backup, you are able to backup the data store and flush the logs. Over at Exchange.org, Henrik explains how to use Windows Server Backup to perform backups and restores using the new Exchange volume snapshot plug-in included with Exchange 2010.
