The SSD 320 has a sequential write speed of 220 MB per seconds, more than double that of the X25-M, and a sequential read speed of 270 MB per second. The faster speeds improve a PC’s multitasking capabilities. For example, there is no perceivable slowdown when playing background music or downloading a video to the SSD, while working on a document, Intel said.
Although this drive isn’t as fast as say the OCZ Vertex 2 Pro (285MB/sec Read, 275MB/sec Write) Intel states that the 320 will maintain its rated speed for longer and has a better bang for you buck. I guess we will have to wait for the reviews to get the final word! Here are some specs.

Firefox 4 Mobile currently runs on Google Nexus One, the HTC Evo, and the Motorola Droid X, and don’t forget about the Android Tablets, Firefox 4 is fully supported on the Samsung Galaxy and Motorola Xoom.
Here is in insert from The Register
Firefox 4 for mobile includes Mozilla’s Firefox Sync service, which lets you synchronize browser data across multiple devices. Originally known as Firefox Weave, the service syncs bookmarks, history, “Awesome Bar” data, passwords, form-fill data, and open tabs. Mobile Firefox can also accomodate those famous Firefox add-ons, and it offers a new phone-centric interface that hides the browser controls when you’re not using them.

/ZB :: use restartable mode; if access denied use Backup mode. When you use the /ZB option, this command uses Restart mode. If access is denied, this command uses Backup mode. Therefore, a user account in the Backup Operators group on a computer can run the command successfully.
/DCOPY:T :: COPY Directory Timestamps. This command will make sure that all timestamps for folders is retained, having archive folders with dates that do not make sense, will most definitely confuse the average end-user.
Adding these two switches to your existing scripts will help you migrate files and folders with confidence.

This example returns the statistics for the public folder Marketing with a piped command to format the list.
Get-PublicFolderStatistics -Identity \Marketing | fl
The value for the Identity parameter must include the path. For example, if the public folder Marketing existed under the parent folder Business, you would provide the following value: \Business\Marketing
Using the following commands and comparing to Exchange 2003/2007 you can make sure that each of the folders are replicated fully.
Of all the migration tasks in Exchange, Public Folders take the most amount of time!
Click the Start menu and type “gpedit.msc” (without quotes) in the search line and press the enter key. This will launch the Local Group Policy Editor. On the left side of Local Group Policy Editor, expand to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components. Then scroll down and select Windows Update. Double click “No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic updates installations” option. In the properties window that appears, change the option from “Not Configured” to “Enabled”. Click “OK” and close Local Group Policy Editor.
Here is the Microsoft Explanation of the Group Policy Object
Specifies that to complete a scheduled installation, Automatic Updates will wait for the computer to be restarted by any user who is logged on, instead of causing the computer to restart automatically.
If the status is set to Enabled, Automatic Updates will not restart a computer automatically during a scheduled installation if a user is logged in to the computer. Instead, Automatic Updates will notify the user to restart the computer.
Be aware that the computer needs to be restarted for the updates to take effect.
There is also a switch that lets you modify how often Windows reminds you with a pop up that a restart needs to be performed. The setting is called, ” Re-Prompt for restart with scheduled installations” Set this to enabled and specify say 60 minutes.
Now open command prompt and type “gpupdate /force” like below.
User Policy update has completed successfully.
Computer Policy update has completed successfully.
Your PC will now NOT restart automatically, but will remind you every 60 minutes to restart. Much better than coming to your PC and its restarting, or you see that it has restarted, so annoying sometimes!
Have a great weekend!
Fremont, California (March 1, 2011) – As part of an overall recovery plan following the detection of the Intel® 6 Series chipset design error , ASUS expedited the manufacturing and delivery of new products containing the revised B3 stepping of the Intel 6 Series chipset (Cougar Point). Along with this rapid delivery plan, ASUS also implemented extensive product return and
replacement options along with a dedicated service hotline for its valued North American customers.
Limited Quantities will be available as people scramble to get replacement boards. I am going to wait till Mid-April when stocks should be plentiful. If you have an ASUS board like I do, specifically the P8P67 then check this PDF out for Free product replacement.]]>
Remember when the hard drive industry tried to convince us they would never be able to pump out hard drives bigger than 100GB? Well according to Samsung the platter density war is still alive and well, and a new breakthrough has allowed them to hit 1TB per platter density well ahead of schedule. What does this mean for us as enthusiasts? Lower cost high-speed 3TB drives, along with 4TB versions in the not too distant future.
Remember you have to weigh the consequences of having so much data on a single drive… better have some kind of backup as loosing 4TB of movies, games, pictures, and music would cause one a lot of stress! I would prefer to purchase 4x 2TB drives and add them to a NAS device, so i can have RAID5 redundancy. That’s just me though.
