Hi Shayna. Thanks for covering this. First off, I'm not in Marketing, so my role in the blogger program is purely advisory at this point. I did push for it last year, and given the last-minute nature of the announcement, I think we did a pretty good job.

This year we hope to have a more complete program for bloggers.

Now for the no T&E part. SAP has a well-documented and successful program already. Rather than copy that, we went for an open-door approach, if you blog about relevant topics, you can come. You just have to get to SF on your own dime. This works for us due to the much larger size of our community (database, middleware and apps), which has grown considerably due to acquisition.

A relevant is pretty easy to figure out, and frankly, if you don't care about Oracle, why would you want to come to OpenWorld?

As for executive access, this is something we'd like to provide. I have no insight into that area for this year.

I heard plenty of positive comments last year, so I tend to think it evens out in the end. I hope you'll make it out, and if you do, please introduce yourself.
