I just selected three Oracle blogs for BlogTipping day (look for it on Technorati) and as my first visit there I found it very heavy on Oracle product blogging. The posts were high quality but very technical. Couldn't see much about Web 2.0 and collaboration or posts that would appeal to non-Oracle users. As Scoble says they need to look into linking and community building outside the Oracle world.

Oracle Blogs are too unidimensional and at times seem to be too static. Plus as mentioned above it doesn't reach out to people.
