		<description><![CDATA[I agree with Tim&#039;s view - ERP will evolve rather than change overnight.  Many organisations are still cagey about letting go of their Key HR and Financials systems and data to third parties.  As ever in technology there have been cycles of service provision (SaaS) Vs In house implementation . . . that will continue and both models will continue to thrive.
Whats more interesting in this space - when will Oracle release fusion, what will it REALLY be like and when will customers start to buy it...... watch this space....]]></description>
