Another point, it was not myself alone that got the attention of Mr. Denis. It was the Linux community that wrote e-mails and called Fox about the problem. Also, Mr. Denis did not solve the problem himself. The web team at Fox News worked with Maven to get the problem solved. Mr. Denis was the fellow that got the ball rolling though.
