		<description>There does seem to be a lot of opposition to mono, probably due to the anti-microsoft, anti-novell sentiment around. python is a great platform for rapid ui development.  you mention python not being installed on windows. i don't see that as an issue.  using py2exe to compile python scripts on windows is a great solution. it also can save headaches because all the goodies your python script needs is kept to itself, won't break based on version updates, etc.</description>
