SQL PASS Summit session submitted

Last year I got shot down and I thought I might not try again. But after having such a great time presenting at SQL Saturday 131 in Phoenix, I thought I would try again. Since my session had a good turnout, people standing out the door, I thought that a broader audience may enjoy my session. I have some ideas on how to make it better and different then the SQL Saturday session, so I hope I get picked this year. If not then I guess I will try to submit sessions for some of the smaller cons, like DevConnections and SQL Rally. Well if I get picked I will let you know and I hope to see you in my session. I will try and make it fun and try to have some SWAG to hand out.
