Losing the weight is so unbelievably rewarding after you’ve done it. I’m down about 40 pounds, and I’m at the maintenance point. I’m surprised by how easy it is. The initial plunge is a pain in the rear, learning to eat different foods, but now I’ve gotten used to it. The only thing I miss is beer. Sweet beer. (sigh)
