There is a huge amount of automation to be gained in the area of performance and availability management, traditionally a labor intensive endeavor. The market seems to be catching on and I'm sure the Big 4 are looking at extending their portfolios in this area. Right now, it is really only innovative startups that are providing these capabilities.</description>
