		<description>Sometime not dealing directly with the end user can result in actaully finishing the project.  In my previous life, projects would continue to go through modifications when a end user gets involved and starts making requests or modifications to the original plan that was estiblished by the project manager.  In your case, it just sound like the project manager didn't have a good handle on the project and lead you down the wrong path.  If he had done his homework, you wouldn't of had a problem. Manage the Project Managers!</description>
