This is what I fondly describe as being too busy running the business to get a handle on information. In the hustle and bustle of getting things done the data and information behind it all is an afterthought. I’ve seen a great positive impact on accounting records and taxes from standardizing process through software applications. Often the business owners have been innocently blind of what was slipping through their hands as the business grew. That’s the most rewarding part of what I do – helping people get a handle on their business again.
