		<description>I'm a fence sitter. There are some applications best suit for in-house development because of the uniqueness. Then there is 3rd party software that will provide broad solutions. Even some 3rd party types that can be customized. Howerever, the selection of 3rd party solutions is painstaking for the 80% rule.
