Yes, I always think of a PC as Microsoft WIndows. Let me explain. Microsoft has done WHATEVER it takes to make us, the consumer, the best Windows PC Microsoft could make. Don't get me wrong, in an Enterprise, Windows Vista is CRAP, but XP, Windows 2003 Server keeps improving all the time. Microsoft continues to secure it's product keeping up with Threats. What has Apple done (Other than the iPhone)?? What about that Linux single application FREE software?? Microsoft continues to evol the PC into more and more with the rest trying to keep up.
The PC lives and yes I am a PC and I am the MIS Director that uses a PC!
