I've been a systems analyst for over twenty years and Vista is the most frustrating, user "unfriendly" OS I've ever used. I've always avoided being on the "bleeding-edge" of technology with regards to what I recommend to my customers. I read an article a couple of weeks ago about some of the hardware vendors quietly offering an XPpro downgrade. As yet, I've been unable to substantiate that with Dell.
