Charles Phillips surfaces at Infor

That didn’t take long.

Charles Phillips is now CEO of Infor. The move comes less than two months since Phillips left Oracle – just as Mark Hurd assumed the Oracle co-presidency that was once his.

Infor, following a blueprint of Computer Associates, has a history of buying aging software companies and product lines and now sells a mixed bag of ERP and accounting products.

Former Infor CEO Jim Schaper will stay on as chairman.
