		<description><![CDATA[I am always hesitant to do an &quot;upgrade&quot; over the old OS simply because it seems there is always some small glitch or error in the registry of the OS I am migrating away from, and those errors ALWAYS seem to go forward with the new OS, sort of the same problem I have with the Widows System Restore which will retain viruses and reinstall them at a time when we are NOT looking for them.]]></description>
