<p>The web was intended for sharing information between researchers but it has become far more powerful and sophisticated than anyone could have ever dreamed.</p>
<p>The ITKE team will award 100 Knowledge Points to anyone who can tell us the &#8216;inventor&#8217; of the World Wide Web.</p>
