2 - Companies, Managers, people tend to stereotype. If, for example, you&#039;re a Systems Analyst within the company, people will see you as a Systems Analyst and not as management and will have difficulty seeing you in a management role.

My personal experience has been to go to another job for a better salary and not necessarily for a bigger title. And for those of you who are over 50 and think that nobody will hire you, think again, there are companies that need your know how and experience  and are eager to give you an opportunity. Don&#039;t give up.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think for technical people best way to climb up the ladder is to change jobs.But  the problem is you have get adjusted to new culture all the time and you have to prove yourself. That is irritating. For general people it is necessary for you try to get promotion in the same company because you understand the culture and the style of your company.
