While I have no aversion to firearms, the stuff that&#039;s more fun includes the really big guns that can shoot and hit something miles away. Or missiles, now those are a LOT more interesting than a rifle. They make a bigger bang, too.

But what really mattered is that I learned about computers in the Navy, and I learned leadership. One critical thing I learned is that you can&#039;t get people to willingly put their lives on the line just because you order them to. They have to believe in your leadership and your committment to them as their leader. It&#039;s the best possible management training course.
